The purchaser is entitled to a reimbursement upon qualification, which shall be issued in the form of a refund credited back to the original payment method registered at the time of placing order.
**Headphones are eligible for return solely in the event of a manufacturing or material defect, thereby adhering to our established return policy.**
- Products may be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
- We ask is that you return items in the same condition that you receive them in.
- You are responsible for shipping the return product to us. You cover the return shipping costs and arrange the shipment back to us at the address that we will provide at the time that we authorize the return. We are only responsible for the refund after you get it to us.
- We suggest using a shipping service with a tracking number and insurance. We are not responsible for packages that do not deliver to us or packages that deliver damaged. It is your responsibility to pack the return so that it is not damaged in transit.
- We will refund you for the full initial price paid, that includes standard shipping costs.
- We only offer refunds onto the original payment method used on the order.
- Returns requested separately cannot be returned as one, even if they are from the same order. Combining separately requested returns will slow down the refund process!
You must get Return Authorization from us for your return to be eligible for a refund and follow the instructions that we provide. Returns sent without prior arrangement will not be refunded.
