Adjust frequency bands of 100Hz/250Hz/570Hz/800Hz/2.2kHz/5.6kHz, designed for intuitive tone shaping. To facilitate active tone shaping, the frequency bands are set to be more effective by widening the Q width compared to a typical graphic equalizer.

OLED Display

Bright display shows the incoming signal split across the frequency bands for easy identification of problem frequency ranges.

Etched Enclosure

Topping off the unique Valvenergy enclosure design is an etching pattern designed to match the sound that the Tone Sculptor adds to your pedalboard

9V Power & Link Jack

Standard 9V power adapter (or optional 9v battery power) for ease of use on any pedalboard. Link jack allows you to connect to other Valvenergy pedals for easy switching.

With Nutube in the preamp section, raising the level adds distinctive tube harmonics and compression. Choose frequency bands of 100Hz/250Hz/570Hz/800Hz/2.2kHz/5.6kHz, designed for intuitive tone shaping. To facilitate active tone shaping, the frequency bands are set to be more effective by widening the Q width compared to a typical graphic equalizer. It’s easy to use for switching between backing and solo, as well as for overall adjustments. The inclusion of Nutube in the preamp provides a musical distortion when the level is increased. The absence of a center click is intentionally designed for easy and fine adjustments.

Set the low frequencies lower and the high frequencies higher for a clean tone arpeggio, ensuring each string sounds distinct. Boost the mids for easy solo articulation, or set it sharp for creating a sharp sound in heavy backing. The versatility allows for various sound options.
